URGENT ADVICE: PHONE 111 IF YOU:

- Think you need to go to A&E but it's not life-threatening

- Are too ill to wait for your GP practice to open

- Have worsening symptoms of coronavirus

NHS 24 will help you get the right care in the right place, often closer to home and without the need to go to A&E.

Please call the Covid-19 Status Helpline on 0808 196 8565 to obtain information of your vaccination status.

The Helpline is open daily from 10am to 6pm

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

PLEASE ALLOW 48 HOURS FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTION TO BE PROCESSED

Long term treatment requests may be obtained by

Handing your repeat prescription slip into the Surgery

Email your request to fife.ladybankrx@nhs.scot - include name, address, DOB and name and dose of your tablets

Patient Access–please ask at Reception for details

Letter-enclosing your computer slip

APPOINTMENTS SYSTEM

We operate a “Bookable on the Day” appointment system for patients wishing to see a GP or Nurse Practitioner.

Please call between 8am-9am to arrange this. Please note that it is not possible to “pick” a specific GP unless it is gender-specific. You will be asked to give a brief account of your symptoms

OUT OF HOURS AND RIGHT CARE, RIGHT PLACE

If your request is urgent and cannot wait until normal working hours Telephone 01337 830765 and your call will be transferred automatically to NHS 24. If you need URGENT ADVICE please phone NHS 24 on 111.

Access to urgent care has changed. To protect us and the NHS, it’s important you know how to get the right care, in the right place. Use NHS services wisely, so we can keep well, get the care we need quickly and safely. If you need to visit A&E but it's not life-threatening, call 111, day or night.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

If you wish to register with us please contact a member of the Admin Team to obtain Registration Forms for completion. You will also receive a copy of the Practice Leaflet which contains useful information about the Practice.

Please return your completed forms to the Practice for processing.
